So, where the heck are we?  Interest rates remain at all time lows, inventory is negatable and buyers are continuing to show up in full force!  All of this amidst a  global pandemic.  What gives? 

Well, let's break it down a bit...

• Low interest rates igniting robust purchasing demand
• Housing shortage. As we move into fall, the election, and the school year, the low inventory will eventually put a constraint on future sales for a short time and then increase again
• Properties at all price points are selling from first time buyers, investment or second homes, to the high-end luxury estates.
• City dwellers have growing desires to move to the suburbs
• Home office space has become essential and now in in big demand
• Homeowners, after 6 months of being locked up at home, now want different living spaces
• Homeowners equity at all time high  
• First time buyers are ready to move away from living with their parents
• Up tic in vacation and second homes due to slow down in travel industry.
• Economists predicting the real estate arm of the economy will continue to fuel the US economy well into 2021. 

            Maybe it's time to stop sitting on the sidelines.
