The news these days seems to have a mix of highs & lows, and yet the real estate market continues to fuel the economy.  This year, the timeline for the "hot" summer season  has been delayed a bit due to COVID19,  It appears we will continue with brisk sales as we move into the Fall months.  There will be some seasonal slowing, but due to the shortage in houses for sale, numbers will remain strong as inventory remains at the lowest level in years..
